Faith & Fare is designed to be a place to connect over good food with great stories of honest truth. Because, the best conversations happen at the kitchen table. It doesn't seem to matter if it's gourmet food or a cup of coffee and a cookie. Several years ago God simply asked me to 'feed people'. At the time, I thought he meant physically. So, I started catering. Then during one of our table side chats over coffee and a cookie he said again 'Honey, I need you to feed people'. This time He was talking about more than food. He was talking about His Word and all the experiences He's blessed me with. That's where faith and fare collided for me. Around my kitchen table just chatting with God. My hope is you'll find a little something to comfort your soul and fill your belly at the same time in the pages of this food blog. So, come on in! Food has a special ability to bring people together.  It doesn't matter if you cook for 1 or 100. Food connects people. I hope you find this online community feels just as welcoming as a real kitchen. For me, the greatest gift you can give someone is to cook for them and share some of your story while doing it!
